We took a brand that was primarily known for being “always on sale” and fundamentally shifted it to a more meaningful and authentic place in the hearts and minds of our customers. We rebuilt it from the ground up, redefining our purpose and implementing new global brand standards to set Wayfair apart from the competition. 

We re-defined the reason we exist, our business ambition and the role we play in the world to be the destination for all things home, helping everyone, anywhere create “their feeling of home”. And at the end of the day, made a new commitment to our customers to give them the power to create spaces that are “just right for you”.
